How To Clean Scum Off Of Glass

In the recent months, we have discovered that we can use a rag, water, and some Odor-Z-Way to clean glass windows. With these three components combined, you can actually clean scum, water stains, etc. off of glass that would usually be very hard to get off. You also will get the glass much cleaner with less effort. Since Odor-Z-Way is environmentally safe, this entire process is done without any chemicals.

As I said before, you simply need a clean rag, some water, and Odor-Z-Way. You want to dampen your rag with water. You do not need the rag to be soaking wet. Next, add the Odor-Z-Way over the damp rag. You want to use enough Odor-Z-Way to where you can fill the palm of your hand with Odor-Z-Way. Now, start scrubbing your glass. You will notice that the water stains, scum, etc. are coming off very easily. Simply keep scrubbing the entire glass piece until the glass is clean. You will notice that the glass looks like it has been polished and there are no signs of streaks or other missed spots that commonly occur with other glass cleaners.

Odor-Z-Way is an abrasive product but not abrasive enough to scratch surfaces, such as glass. The water actually softens the Odor-Z-Way enough to where you can polish and remove impurities from the glass but not cause any defects to the glass. Ash Tray Odors

For those of you that are smokers, you know that the cigarette odors can be overwhelming that come from your ash trays. On top of the odors, your cigarette or cigar does not always fully extinguish when you try to put it out in your ash tray. I have had many people tell me that they use Odor-Z-Way in their ash trays to help keep the odors down in their home as well as to put their cigarettes out completely. I decided that I would put this theory to the test myself.

This is really amazing and the theory works. I took a regular ash tray and filled it half way up with Odor-Z-Way. I then lit a cigarette and made sure that the cigarette was fully burning. To put the cigarette out, I placed the cherry end into the Odor-Z-Way. Instantly the cigarette was extinguished! The smoke that would usually still come out of the ash tray when you put a cigarette out was also gone instantly. I then pulled the butt back out to look the cigarette over. The cherry end was still crowned, and, more importantly, there was no smoke odor. The Odor-Z-Way completely pulled all of the smoke odor out of the cigarette as well.

What happens is the Odor-Z-Way captures the smoke odor inside of its crystal stucture. By doing this, you get rid of the smoke which in turn gets rid of all of the odor. The Odor-Z-Way will also continue to absorb the smoke odors in the area that you were smoking in. For example, if you smoke in your living room, the Odor-Z-Way in your ash tray will help pull the smoke odors out of the air making the smoke odors in your living room less noticeable to others. Of course, you do have to change the Odor-Z-Way out every once in a while, and I have found that when your ash tray starts to fill up with cigarette butts and ashes, then it is time to empty the ash tray out and fill the ash tray back up with fresh Odor-Z-Way. Phew, Rotten Shoe Odors!!

Do you have kids that come home with extremely smelly shoes? Are there times that your shoes start to stink after working out or just after a long day of work? Shoe odors are some of the worst odors a person can have. The odor is embarrassing to say the least! I have found by using Odor-Z-Way you can remove annoying odors that come from your shoes.

Using Odor-Z-Way to remove odors from your shoes is a very easy application to apply to your shoes. You want to simply take your shoes and sprinkle Odor-Z-Way inside of them. Rock the shoes back and forth so that the Odor-Z-Way comes in contact all throughout the inside of your shoe. Now, leave your shoes with the Odor-Z-Way in them until the next day. Shake the Odor-Z-Way out of your shoes and you are ready to go. It’s that easy. There are no longer any odors in your shoes.

The way Odor-Z-Way works inside your shoes is the product acts as what is called a desiccant. This simply means that Odor-Z-Way absorbs moisture very well. When inside the shoe, the Odor-Z-Way begins sucking the moisture of the walls of your shoes. This moisture also helps activate the Odor-Z-Way so the product can also absorb the odor at the same time. After a short period of time, the Odor-Z-Way has absorbed all of the moisture and odor out of the shoes. Once you dump the Odor-Z-Way out of your shoes, the odor will be completely gone because moisture and odor have been sucked into the crystal and not released back out. Dad, the Trash Can Smells Again!

I don’t know about you, but I get very tired of hearing “Dad the trash can smells again.” It seems like I am constantly cleaning out my trash can due to odors that get stuck in the trash can and start leaking into our home. When you have kids, you never know what kind of smells that you are going to get coming out of your trash can. The same is true in a lot of other cases i.e. fraternity houses, dorm rooms, kids rooms, diaper genies, etc. I think we all get the point that trash can odors can be very disgusting. I have tried a lot of different products and methods to take care of this problem, but have found only one that has actually worked.

I use Odor-Z-Way to take care of the odors that come from my trash can. This product has saved me from having to clean the trash cans once a week. I now can clean them once a month. What I do is sprinkle the odor-Z-Way in the bottom of the trash can, before I put a trash bag in. Once I have done this, I will then put the trash bag in the trash can and add some Odor-Z-Way into the bottom of the trash bag. As time goes on and the trash bag begins to fill up, I will add a little more Odor-Z-Way inside of the trash bag to help keep the odor down. There is basically no clean up because the Odor-Z-Way goes out with the trash. This really helps keep our odors down on a daily basis.

This is a very easy solution to an annoying problem. We always have some Odor-Z-Way underneath our sink with our cleaning supplies. The moment the odor starts coming back is when we get the Odor-Z-Way out and sprinkle the product in our trash can. This also allows our trash bags to be used until they are completely full. This saves us money from buying so many trash bags as well as help save the environment because we are not using as much plastic. The is really no way you can go wrong with using Odor-Z-Way due to all of the benefits that this product offers.

Remove Grease Stains From Carpet and Clothing

Removing grease stains from carpet, clothing, upholstery, etc. can now be easily achieved by using Odor-Z-Way. Before, when someone tracked grease onto your carpet, you were probably like myself and fought and fought to get the stain to come out, if you even could. If you couldn’t get the stain out, you would probably put something over the stained area or had to replace the carpet or throw the pair of jeans away. Let me take you through a step by step process on how to remove grease stains.

Since grease in an oil based substance, you will need a solvent of some type to loosen the stain. I usually use a product called Imperial Cleaner for my solvent. You need to use a solvent because this will help loosen the grease stain and allow the Odor-Z-Way to absorb the stain into its crystal structure. Now, simply take your solvent and squirt the grease stain. You do not need to soak the stain. Just simply dampen the affected area. Once you have done this, sprinkle the Odor-Z-Way over the grease stain. You want to use enough Odor-Z-Way to where the grease stain is covered. Start rubbing the Odor-Z-Way into the stain. You really want to rub the Odor-Z-Way in so that the product can get all the way into the fibers. You will start to see the Odor-Z-Way turn to a brownish color, indicating that the Odor-Z-Way is absorbing the grease stain. After rubbing the Odor-Z-Way in, leave the product on the grease spot for a couple of hours. You might have to follow these steps a couple of times before the stain comes completely out, but you will save you carpet, clothing, etc. The last step is to vacuum up your carpet or wash your clothes and your stain will finally be gone.

Once you follow these steps, you will completely have removed the grease stain. In my opinion, the best part of all of this is that you spent roughly $15 and put in minimal work to remove a grease stain to save $30, $100, $1000+ that you would have spent on replacing your jeans, the carpet, etc. To me this is a small investment for such big savings in the long run.

Not the Dirty Diaper Odor Again!

Babies are a wonderful creation to all parents. They are fun to play with, cute to show off, and an overall great life changing experience for all of us that have them. The worst thing about a baby, in my opinion, is the DIRTY DIAPERS! It does not bother me to change a diaper. What does bother me, is the smell that comes from the dirty diapers when they start to stack up in your Diaper Genie. Everything gets to stinking and it seems like you just can’t get the odor out of the Diaper Genie once it acquires this odor. Don’t worry though, I have a solution for this problem.

I use a product call Odor-Z-Way to help get rid of these odors. My method is simple and effortless to do. Once I change my babies diaper, I sprinkle a little bit of Odor-Z-Way on the inside of the diaper before I wrap it up to throw away. Once I throw the diaper in our Diaper Genie, I then sprinkle a little Odor-Z-Way into the Diaper Genie. I really don’t use very much product to do this application. I might go through a 14 oz. can of Odor-Z-Way every 1 1/2 weeks depending on how many diapers we change in that time period. So the cost is really inexpensive and really does the trick. New Exfoliate For Your Hands & Feet

 

Exfoliates can be an expensive item to purchase. They also only serve one purpose and that is to exfoliate. In recent weeks, we have found that Odor-Z-Way will act as an exfoliate. Not only does the product act as an efoliate but it also will remove odors and stains from your hands. So, in some cases, you are actually solving three problems at one time by using Odor-Z-Way.

Let’s take a real life experience of using Odor-Z-Way as an exfoliate. We had a young lady come to us one day and was asking about removing carpenter’s wood stain out of her hands. She told us earlier that day that she had been staining some wood for a mantle above her fire place. We told her that Odor-Z-Way would work great to remove the stain from her hands. So, we took her over to the sink and had her rinse her hands with some water. We then had her add a squirt of liquid soap into the palm of her hand followed by adding a palm full of Odor-Z-Way over the soap. At this point, she lathered up her hands as one would normally do when washing their hands. Last of all, she rinsed her hands off in the sink. After drying her hands, she found that the stain was completely removed from her skin, the odor from the stain was gone, and her hands felt very soft and smooth. Remove Skunk Odor With Ease!

I don’t think there are very many people that have not smelled the odor of a skunk.  We all know that this odor is one of the worst odors that you could ever smell.  The problem that most of us face when a skunk sprays is, how do you get rid of the skunk odor?  I have talked to many people that say their pets have been sprayed by a skunk, them or someone they know were sprayed by a skunk, a skunk sprayed next to a person’s house, and on and on.  I always tell people that Odor-Z-Way works better than anything else at removing skunk odors and is much cleaner and cheaper to use.  I want to take you through a couple of real life situations and explain how to use Odor-Z-Way when getting sprayed by a skunk.

1) Skunk Spray Next to a Home — As I was saying before, I have had a couple of people approach me and ask if Odor-Z-Way would work outside on a skunk odor?  The answer is yes, Odor-Z-Way will work on a skunk odor even if the odor is outside.  The problem that one individual had is the skunk sprayed right next to the air conditioner which sat right below a window to the home.  When the air conditioner was running the air was being forced upwards right at the window.  The skunk odor was basically being forced into the home at this point.  What I told the individual was to take the Odor-Z-Way and sprinkle a fairly heavy amount in the general area where the skunk had sprayed.  If you can find the exact spot this is even better.  You want to use enough Odor-Z-Way to where you can see some white on the ground.  Now, you just have to wait for the Odor-Z-Way to absorb the entire skunk odor.  This is all you have to do.  You do not need to pick up the Odor-Z-Way later.  Since the product is environmentally safe, it is perfectly fine to let the Odor-Z-Way blow away in the wind or wash away with the rain.  You problem is taken care of easily and with minimal effort.

2) Skunk Odor Removal From Your Pet — The most common type of problems that we hear about involving skunk spray is when someone’s pet gets sprayed by a skunk.  Now, we have all heard about using tomatoe juice, vinegar, and baking soda to get rid of the skunk odor.  The problem with this is that the process takes forever, is extremely messy, involves a lot of work, and does not really get rid of the odor all together.  It may take a couple of days to get rid of the skunk odor after using this method.  If you use Odor-Z-Way, you can get rid of the skunk odor in 2 hours or less.  Since Odor-Z-Way is pet safe, we tell pet owners to give their pet a dry bath with Odor-Z-Way.  Just sprinkle the Odor-Z-Way directly onto your pet.  With a skunk spray, you are going to want to use a decent amount of Odor-Z-Way to get rid of the odor.  Now, rub the Odor-Z-Way into the fur of your pet.  That’s it!  Your pet will eventually shake all of the Odor-Z-Way out on their own.  Since skunk odor is a very strong odor, you might have to give your pet one or two more dry baths depending on how badly they were sprayed.  Odor-Z-Way will take care of the problem for you.

3) Skunk Spray on Humans — Another area that I would like to share with you is when people are out hunting, hiking, walking, etc. and they run across a skunk and get sprayed.  I have been asked several times about these problems as well.  If this happens, what you want to do is take your clothes and place them in a plastic bag.  Take some Odor-Z-Way and sprinkle the product all over your clothes.  You want to use a pretty good amount of Odor-Z-Way, since the odor is going to be really bad.  Make sure everything in the bag looks white.  Now, force all of the air out of the bag and seal the bag so that no other odors can get into the bag.  The point of this is to allow the Odor-Z-Way to absorb only what is in the bag.  Now shake the bag up so the Odor-Z-Way can come in contact with all of the contacts inside of the bag.  Leave the Odor-Z-Way on the clothing at least over night.  After this time expires, shake your clothes out and wash them.  Any extra Odor-Z-Way that is left on your clothes will not harm them or your washing machine.  After that you should have fresh clean clothes again

If the skunk spray gets on your skin, you can also get rid of the smell with Odor-Z-Way without going through the process of the tomatoe juice, vinegar, and baking soda.  You just need to take some liquid soap, water, and Odor-Z-Way and rub into the area on your skin that has the odor.  You might need to do a couple of applications this way, but this will take out the odor in a short amount of time.

These were all real life experiences where people have used Odor-Z-Way to remove skunk odors in various situations.  Anyone who has a skunk odor problem needs to try Odor-Z-Way because everyone will find that the product works, works faster, is cheaper, and can be used with minimal effort.

I now want to talk about enzyme products that are out on the market.  Enzymes are spray type of products that usually have some type of odor to them.  Some enzymes also claim to neutralize odors and stains.  The problem with enzymes that have an odor to them is that they are masking over odors.  The odor actually never goes away.  When an enzyme like this is sprayed you just have a stronger odor and in some cases if the enzyme is sprayed on a particular gas, you could possibly create a toxic odor.  Enzymes are also not safe to spray on your pets or around your kids.  For instance, if your pet gets sprayed by a skunk you cannot spray certain products onto your pet to remove the odor because they could cause serious health issues.  This is the same thing for your kids.  As for enzymes that supposedly neutralize odors and stains, they do neutralize them, but they don’t get rid of them.  I had an instance where a particular enzyme product was used to get rid of a stain in carpet but left the odor.  The carpet was then dampened and Odor-Z-Way was put on the carpet to get rid of the odor.  The Odor-Z-Way took out the odor but also started pulling the stain back up out of the carpet.  The stain was actually never removed.   It was just neutrally broke down to where it looked like it was gone.  Enzymes can also discolor and cause other defects to your carpet, clothing, upholstery, etc.  You really must be careful when working with enzymes!

Now let’s take a look at carbon.  There is a golden rule with carbon against Odor-Z-Way.  In gas (odor) absorption, whatever carbon can do Odor-Z-Way cannot and whatever Odor-Z-Way can do carbon cannot.  In many instances, Odor-Z-Way and carbon put together can do a lot of good but for the general public Odor-Z-Way is far superior.  There are many products out on the market that use carbon currently.  Carbon does not have the absorption capability that Odor-Z-Way has.  Odor-Z-Way lasts much longer and can absorb much more than what carbon can.  Carbon is also a dirty product, so it cannot be used for stain removal.  Carbon is also becoming very expensive.

Last of all there are several natural zeolites.  These are the odor removal products that you have seen that look like small rocks and claim to do really good at absorbing odors.  In all reality they do absorb odors but not that well.  In comparison to Odor-Z-Way, they can only absorb half of the amount that Odor-Z-Way can and they cannot do stain removal because they are a rock which means they have dirt in the product.  These products also have smaller pore sizes not allowing them to absorb as much as Odor-Z-Way.  They are also inconsistent.  One time you might be able to absorb an odor and the next time the product doesn’t work at all.  You really never know what you are going to get with the natural zeolite products.

Odor-Z-Way can be used in many more areas than enzymes, carbon, and natural zeolites.  The advantages of Odor-Z-Way greatly out way any of the competitions and through extensive testing it has been proven that the superior product on the market is Odor-Z-Way.

Litter Box Odors Removal

Whether you have a litter box for your cat or your dog, you know how bad the litter box can get to smelling.  I have two cats that use one litter box that I clean out once a day and it smells horribly at times.  I’ve tried several different methods and several products to help keep the smell down until the next time that I wash the litter box out and change the litter but couldn’t find much that worked other than Odor-Z-Way.

I have found that by using Odor-Z-Way to help keep the litter odors down works excellent.  I will just sprinkle a dusting of Odor-Z-Way across the top of the litter until it looks like there is a white blanket over the litter.  I then take my scooper and mix the Odor-Z-Way into my litter.  Since I have two cats using the litter box, this works for two to three days until the odor starts coming back at which point I add more Odor-Z-Way.

The benefits that I have found by using Odor-Z-Way in the litter box are that the product is completely safe for my cats.  The product is fine for them to scratch around in, walk on, etc.  The biggest benefit though, is that the Odor-Z-Way removes the ammonia which is what is causing the odor.  The ammonia is dangerous to the pet’s health, so, it is nice using a product that absorbs the ammonia into its crystal structure helping to reduce health risks.

I know that Odor-Z-Way will not completely cure the odors coming from your pet’s litter box, but the product will greatly reduce the odors and help reduce to possible health risks that can be a result from ammonia.
